Frequent practise is the fastest way to build resilience. Many clients prefer to join a group class and workout once or twice weekly.
BUILD YOUR BONES
Building muscle and bone strength as we age should be a focus of all exercise plans, with or without a diagnosis of osteoporosis or osteopenia. As an Advanced Buff Bones Instructor, I teach exercises that are based on safe, functional movements that alleviate joint pain, strengthen your bones, and improve your balance.
MENOPAUSE PILATES
Specific movements that you most need to regain or maintain enjoyment, confidence and ease in movement during perimenopause and after menopause.
We target strength, bone loading, breathing, mobility and pelvic floor health to improve symptoms such as joint pain and anxiety, whilst you grow body awareness, resilience and vitality!
