Booking & Pre-Session Forms

Before your first session, you’ll need to complete a Health & Movement Form, which includes your client agreement.

This should be completed at least 24 hours before your first session.

If I make your first booking on your behalf, I’ll send the form to you by email or SMS.

Most sessions can be booked and managed through your online account, although I may occasionally make bookings for you.

If I book a session on your behalf, any future changes — including cancellations or rescheduling — will still need to be made through your booking account.

Cancellations & Changes

All sessions can be cancelled or amended through your online account up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged in full by deducting a credit from your session plan.

If you book a session less than 48 hours before it starts, that booking is non-refundable and cannot be changed.

Messages are always welcome for general communication.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please update your booking through your account as soon as possible — even if you are within the cancellation window. This ensures the system registers your cancellation, notifies me straight away, and may free up your space for another client.

The system applies cancellation terms based on the time the booking is updated.

Semi-Private Sessions

If your duet partner or another participant in your semi-private session late cancels, the above charges will apply to them and the session will still go ahead at no extra cost to you.

If you know you’ll be away or unable to attend for a period of time, please give as much notice as possible so other arrangements can be made for your partner or group.

Regular cancellations may result in your place being reviewed.

If I Need to Cancel 1:1 Sessions
If I need to cancel your session, your credit will be returned to your account for rebooking, and I’ll liaise with you to arrange an alternative where possible.

Semi-Private Sessions
If I am unavailable, or if only one person is booked onto the session, your credit will be returned to your account for rebooking, or you may be moved to an alternative timeslot where appropriate. You may also be offered the option to upgrade to a 1:1 in the same timeslot.

Plan Expiry

All session plans have expiry dates, which are shown at the time of purchase. Sessions must be used within that period and expire automatically unless otherwise agreed.

All sales are final.

Plan Suspension or Extension​

In certain circumstances, usually due to illness, pregnancy, or where medical advice limits exercise, plans may be paused. Please contact me directly if this applies to you.

Extensions may also be given in the event of instructor cancellations.

Prices & Offers
Session prices and offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Session Participation

Please wear socks for all sessions. Pilates grip socks are recommended.

If you are unsure about your medical status or ability to take part, please seek advice from your GP or relevant healthcare professional before attending.

Sessions are adapted based on the information you provide. You remain responsible for communicating any pain, discomfort, or changes in your health.

Sessions are designed to work with your current capacity and are not intended to push through pain or fatigue.

Timing & Studio Flow

Sessions run to set times to allow for changeover between clients.
-
Please arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

At the end of your session, I may need to reset the space or prepare for the next client, so I ask that sessions finish promptly.

Personal Belongings
Moxie Pilates cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
